Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of luxury fragrance products, we only accept returns if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• A return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards or limited-edition releases

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of

delivery with clear photos at support@uraiv.com.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
